FREE SHIPPING on orders of €150,- or more within EU & UK.
Netherlands & Belgium
For all shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium we use PostNL, orders received before 20.00 will be delivered the next working day.
Germany, France, Denmark & Italy
For all shipments to France, Germany, Denmark and Italy we offer a service with DPD, which takes 3-5 working days for delivery.
Other countries
For all other EU countries, UK and International shipments we offer a UPS Express Saver service.
For EU and UK this is a 2-4 day delivery, for US 3-5 days delivery.

Returns
We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements, available on each product page. Please contact us for any assistance on fit at cs@basbains.com
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We encourage you to please try on all swimwear over undergarments for hygienic purposes. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing. To return your item please contact us at cs@basbains.com to receive a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from the original order. Return cost are the same as shipping cost.
Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
