Free Shipping on EU & USA orders of €150,- or more. 

Standard Shipping Europe
For all shipments within the EU and some other European countries we ship with Post NL.
Please account for 3-5 working days for delivery.

International
For all international shipments we use Post NL tracked shipments. These can take up to 10-12 working days to arrive depending on the country that you're based in.

Returns
We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements, available on each product page. Please contact us for any assistance on fit at cs@basbains.com

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We encourage you to please try on all swimwear over undergarments for hygienic purposes. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing. To return your item please inform us about your return at cs@basbains.com and send it to the following address: BAS BAINS, Industrieweg 14K, 1231 KH Loosdrecht, the Netherlands.

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
