Returns
We encourage you to join us in reducing returns and excessive shipping. By choosing the correct size you save time on returns and together we lower our environmental impact. Our size and comparison guides present detailed measurements, available on each product page. Please contact us for any assistance on fit at cs@basbains.com

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We encourage you to please try on all swimwear over undergarments for hygienic purposes. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined, resulting in longer processing. To return your item please inform us about your return at cs@basbains.com and send it to the following address: BAS BAINS, Industrieweg 14K, 1231 KH Loosdrecht, the Netherlands.

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives. Accepted returns will be processed to the original payment method. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Any items bought during sale can not be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to change your product to another size or product you need to return your item and place a new order.

We aim to deliver the best in product, design and service. If a product is faulty or if you are not satisfied, please contact us at cs@basbains.com so that we can assist you in the best possible way. If a product or order is incorrect, please don’t break the package and contact us immediately.
